Key Responsibilities

1. Represent the C&S consultants on-site and coordinate C&S contractors to ensure smooth execution of site works.

2. Monitor and ensure C&S and builders’ drawings are properly coordinated with architectural and M&E drawings.

3. Monitor and ensure C&S provisions, plinths, openings and other requirements are properly provided.

4. Establish key dates for equipment delivery to ensure timely installation and commissioning of systems.

5. Monitor C&S installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings,specifications and relevant standards.

6. Conductsite inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.

7. Attendto residents’ enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

8. Maintainaccurate daily site records, inspection reports and project documentation.

9. Check and record instructed variations and ensure the variation works are carried out accordingly.

10. Witness and record site tests, inspections and test results conducted by contractors,and submit reports to the C&S Engineer or Consultant.

11. Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or site issues.

12. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Consultant.

Requirements

  • Registered RTO with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical building construction with C&S works
  • Knowledge of construction practices and local C&S building codes and regulations
  • Knowledge of Green Mark requirements is an advantage.
