Nossa operação valoriza a jornada unificada, na qual você será responsável por conduzir a experiência do membro do início ao fim, sendo o ponto focal desde as rotinas digitais e recepção calorosa até o cuidado estético com o espaço de jogo. Procuramos alguém com forte postura de hospitalidade, que entenda que cada detalhe constrói um momento memorável.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar os membros com entusiasmo, gentileza e empatia, antecipando suas necessidades e garantindo uma recepção acolhedora.

Zelar pela jornada do membro do início ao fim, garantindo que ele se sinta integrado, bem-assistido e acolhido durante toda a sua permanência em nossas dependências. Orquestrar o fluxo de pessoas na recepção e áreas de convivência com agilidade, cordialidade e discrição.

Recolher e organizar os itens de cortesia e amenities após o término de cada atividade, mantendo o ambiente sempre impecável para a próxima reserva. Preencher planilhas de controles diversos e atualizar os dados operacionais utilizando o pacote Office básico (Word e Excel).

Executar as rotinas logísticas e operacionais necessárias para a reposição de estoque destes itens, garantindo que nunca faltem produtos de hospitalidade aos membros.

Executar outras tarefas correlatas e rotinas de suporte operacional ou administrativo conforme a demanda do setor e orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo, Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Word para comunicados e Excel para preenchimento de planilhas) Experiência com atendimento ao público com forte viés de hospitalidade e foco em Customer Experience (ex: hotelaria, eventos de alto padrão, concierge ou academias/clubes premium).

Olhar atento aos detalhes, organização e zelo pela estética do ambiente.
