The posting

  • Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials and equipment.
  • Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules and site productivity.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems and construction delays.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings.

Job Requirements

  • at least 10 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, project management and site coordination.
