Head of Data Analytics

## Job Summary The Head of Data Analytics will lead the data strategy and execution to drive insights and decision-making across the company. This role is crucial in harnessing data to improve healthcare solutions, supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with company goals. - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data analytics and reporting systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement. - Provide leadership and guidance to the data analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions.

## Qualifications - Proven expertise in Big Data Analytics and Python Programming for data science applications. - Proficiency in SQL Data Analysis and Dashboard Analytics tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field. - Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools. - Ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

## Experience A minimum of 5 years in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives and teams.

## Environment This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment focused on innovation in healthcare technology.

## Salary Estimated salary range: ₹5,000,000 - ₹7,000,000 per annum.
