Job Description

## Job Summary The role is responsible for providing support in the administration and coordination of various human resources (HR) activities. The position assists in implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the organization by supporting key HR functions.

## Responsibilities - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.

## Preferred Skills - Prior experience with HR information systems (HRIS). - Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration. - Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.

## Experience - 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred. - Experience in a similar industry or organizational setting is a plus.

## Environment - Typical office environment. - May be required to work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) setting depending on company policy. - Standard business hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
