Jaká bude vaše pracovní náplň?• správa, konfigurace a rozvoj ekonomického informačního systému iFIS,• administrace určených informačních systémů a modulů pro ekonomické agendy JU a spisovou službu,• řešení uživatelských požadavků a technických problémů,• správa uživatelských účtů, rolí a přístupových oprávnění,• spolupráce s dodavatelem systému při implementaci změn a aktualizací,• analýza a návrh řešení požadavků uživatelů systému,• podpora integrací mezi iFIS a dalšími informačními systémy univerzity,• komunikace s externími dodavateli,• spolupráce při tvorbě podkladů pro rozvoj IT služeb a informačních systémů,• hledání nových způsobů, jak automatizovat a digitalizovat interní procesy,zavádění nových modulů ekonomického informačního systému JU.Jak si vás představujeme?• VŠ nebo SŠ vzdělání se zaměřením na IT, nebo praxe se správou informačních systémů,• znalost relačních databází a technologií Oracle a Jasper,• zkušenost se systémem iFIS nebo jinými ERP systémy,• pokročilá znalost MS Office, Microsoft 365, SharePoint a Azure, znalost administrace operačních systémů MS Windows,• angličtina na úrovni porozumění technické dokumentaci,• ochota učit se nové věci,• komunikativnost, vstřícnost, zodpovědnost, časová flexibilita,• proaktivní přístup k řešení pracovních úkolů, analytické myšlení.Výhodou bude:• znalost zákona o účetnictví a souvisejících předpisů,• znalost OS Linux alespoň na úrovni pokročilého uživatele.Co vám můžeme nabídnout:• zajímavou a pestrou práci v přátelském a podporujícím pracovním prostředím,• možnost vlastního rozvoje, zaměstnanecké kurzy, perspektivu zaměstnání,• univerzitní zázemí (knihovna, menza, celoživotní vzdělávání, technické vybavení atd.),• zaměstnanecké benefity: 5 týdnů dovolené, 4 dny indispozičního volna, dotované stravování, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění nebo doplňkové penzijní spoření, zvýhodněné mobilní volání či bankovní služby u partnerské banky,• benefitní program ALZA, VIP program DATART, dětská skupina pro děti zaměstnanců přímo v kampusu, práce v instituci implementující HR Award apod.Nástup od: 1. 1. 2027Pracovní úvazek: plný úvazek.Pracovní poměr: doba určitá na 1 rok se čtyřměsíční zkušební dobou s možností prodloužení.Mzda: dle platného Mzdového předpisu od 40 000 Kč do 50 000 Kč, s přihlédnutím k dosaženému vzdělání a zkušenostem.Strukturovaný profesní životopis a motivační dopis s označením „Pracovník CIT/správce iFIS“ zašlete na e-mail: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> do 20. 11. 2026.Uchazeči, kteří budou vybráni k osobnímu pohovoru, budou písemně informováni.
