任职要求： 1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上的软件测试经验； 2. 精通黑盒、白盒测试方法论，熟悉敏捷开发模式下的测试实践； 3. 能够基础使用Python、Java等至少一种语言编写测试脚本； 4. 熟悉主流操作系统（Windows、Linux等）以及Web、移动应用测试环境； 5. 有良好的问题定位和分析能力，对软件质量保障有深入理解和实践经验； 6. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的责任心。

优先条件： - 有DevOps实践经验，包括CI/CD流程中的测试集成； - 有金融交易相关经验，包括但不限于期货、贵金属等； - 拥有 ISTQB 或其他相关软件测试认证者优先。
