Project

The project focuses on building and maintaining modern DevOps practices for embedded software development. You will play a key role in shaping development processes, improving delivery efficiency and supporting engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Lead and support a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and embedded development projects
  • Drive automation initiatives across development, testing and deployment processes
  • Collaborate closely with software, firmware and QA teams to improve development efficiency
  • Support the design and optimization of development infrastructure and tooling
  • Support and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Expected competences and knowledge

  • MIn. 5 years of commercial experience in DevOps roles
  • Proven experience working with software development and delivery processes
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating engineering teams
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of automation, infrastructure and system reliability concepts
  • Exposure to embedded software development projects or embedded development environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Very good English communication skills - min. C1 level
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of cloud technologies Experience working in Agile environments
