The posting

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on rebuilding and modernizing collateral data streams within a Data Products initiative. The project follows Data Mesh principles and aims to improve the quality, scalability, and accessibility of data products across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and analyze data solutions that support critical business processes in the banking and financial services domain.

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Developing and maintaining Java-based solutions within Data Products initiatives
  • Rebuilding and enhancing collateral data streams following Data Mesh principles
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participating in code reviews and supporting technical discussions as a sparring partner

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams
  • Experience working according to the four-eyes principle and participating in peer reviews
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support and engage colleagues in technical discussions
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be considered an advantage
