This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager Marketing Ops, Analytics & ABM based in Canada.
In this role, you will lead the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales systems. You will take ownership of critical platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and revenue performance. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Technology, you will optimize lead management processes, scoring models, and routing workflows. You will transform complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, campaign analytics, and attribution reporting. Your work will directly contribute to stronger pipeline visibility, better marketing ROI, and more effective alignment across revenue teams. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own and continuously optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and other MarTech and SalesTech solutions.
- Administer HubSpot and support Salesforce administration, ensuring reliable bidirectional synchronization, accurate field mapping, system performance, and data consistency.
- Evaluate existing tools, manage software renewals, assess new technology solutions, and oversee implementation and integration projects.
- Design and refine lead scoring models, lifecycle stages (MQL, SAL, SQL), and conversion processes to support seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
- Manage complex lead assignment and routing rules, including round-robin, territory-based, and account-matched distribution, to improve response times and conversion opportunities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving backend automation, API integrations, synchronization errors, and workflow triggers.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and BDR managers to improve lead handoffs, strengthen service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and enhance pipeline visibility.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, data governance policies, and tool usage guidelines across revenue teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in HubSpot, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools to measure campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and multi-touch attribution.
- Oversee data enrichment, deduplication, list hygiene, and database quality while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
- Within the first 30 days, audit the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, review lead lifecycle workflows, and document the current technology stack.
- Within 60 days, address outstanding synchronization issues, optimize routing rules, and establish consistent data hygiene practices.
- Within 90 days, deliver standardized revenue reporting dashboards and present recommendations to improve technology stack efficiency and marketing performance.
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or the technology sector. Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations is a strong advantage.
- Advanced administrative expertise in HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub and marketing automation, alongside Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, including flows, process automation, custom objects, and lead routing.
- Strong technical understanding of bidirectional system synchronization, custom field mapping, webhooks, APIs, and data integration platforms.
- Demonstrated experience developing multi-touch attribution models, campaign performance reporting, and executive dashboards using HubSpot, Salesforce, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate complex backend workflows, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing logic, CRM data governance, and Marketing–Sales alignment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, establish clear processes, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- HubSpot Marketing Software or Operations Hub Administrator certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is also preferred.
- Must be based in Canada and comfortable working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Remote work opportunity for candidates based in Canada.
- The opportunity to shape and optimize a core marketing technology ecosystem with a direct impact on pipeline performance and revenue operations.
- A cross-functional role offering close collaboration with Marketing, Sales leadership, and business development teams.
- The opportunity to work with modern marketing automation, CRM, integration, and analytics technologies.
- A strong focus on process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
- Compensation, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and additional benefits: Specific details were not provided in the original job description and should be confirmed during the recruitment process.
