Benchmark internal and external practices, including across J&J, industry peers, and the 3PL network, to identify and implement opportunities for harmonization, capability advancement, and continuous improvement.

  • Assess regulatory and operational changes for impacts on products, materials, trade lanes, depots, systems, landed cost, and supply continuity, and coordinate timely implementation of required controls.
  • Monitor process effectiveness, compliance, data quality, provider performance, and network readiness through defined controls and performance indicators; drive remediation, standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, escalation support, and strategic guidance for complex or high-risk cross-border movements across the broader CMC supply portfolio.
  • Translate cross-border and broader business requirements into standardized, scalable digital capabilities, with primary focus on the Transcend SAP transformation and other solutions. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
