  • Develop account-specific growth plans, measurable milestones and forecasts; monitor performance versus plan and adjust actions as needed.
  • Coordinate opportunities across intraocular lenses, cataract surgical products, capital equipment and related solutions, as appropriate.
  • Use account analytics, contract utilization and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and competitive conversions.

Contracting & Strategic Partnerships

  • Partner with Pricing, Contracting, Finance, Legal/Health Care Compliance and Commercial leadership to develop and negotiate commercially sound agreements within approved policies.
  • Help structure strategic value propositions aligned to customer needs, portfolio opportunities and J&J business objectives.
  • Monitor agreement performance, customer commitments, renewals and implementation to ensure agreements generate intended value.
  • Escalate complex commercial issues and support timely resolution in collaboration with appropriate internal partners.

Field Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Regional and District Sales Leaders and field account teams to implement national strategies at local customer sites.
  • Communicate account priorities, contract provisions, opportunities and next steps clearly to field teams; establish shared accountability for execution.
  • Coordinate Marketing, Commercial Operations, Capital, Professional Education, Customer Service and other functions around strategic customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of coordination for assigned enterprise relationships and help resolve barriers to adoption and growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years: Progressive experience in medical-device, healthcare or related commercial sales/account management roles; experience managing complex customer relationships.

  • Experience with national/corporate accounts, ASC platforms, health systems, GPOs or other multi-site healthcare organizations.
  • Experience in strategic pricing, contracting, enterprise business development or commercial leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with a geographically distributed field sales organization.

Measures of Success

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
