Auxiliar de HVAC

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Apoyar al Técnico A y Supervisor de aire acondicionado en el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y predictivo del sistema de HVAC y equipos de Cocina
  • Apoyar al Técnico A en instalaciones unidades de aire acondicionado del Cliente
  • Realizar limpieza de los equipos en conjunto con el Técnico A para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento.
  • Retirar materiales de la oficina de residencia y almacén de valorizables.
  • Mantener limpias y organizadas sus herramientas y las áreas de trabajo.
  • Mantener informado al Técnico A, supervisor y líder Operativo de las anomalías que encuentre de los equipos.
  • Apoyar al técnico A en cambio de filtros MERV 8 y MERV14, cambio de aislamiento a tuberías de agua helada y apoyo en las instalaciones eléctricas de control, y fuerza a equipos de aire acondicionado y refrigeración ((cámaras de congelación y refrigeradores) y apoyar en el mantenimiento.
  • Apoyo en el traslado de equipos tipo Hidro lavadora, tanque de refrigerante, tanque de oxígeno y acetileno, equipo de soldadura, traslado los compresores y motores.
  • Apoyar al técnico A en la elaboración de Informes de actividades en proceso o concluidas
  • Cumplir con asistencia a capacitaciones para Auditorias de Medio ambiente
  • Cumplir con asistencia en capacitaciones para obtener la constancia DC3
  • Para la evaluación del Técnico B, deberá realizar el 20% de las actividades de mantenimiento programadas por el Líder Operativo y Supervisor
  • Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y la dirección para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Respetar los procedimientos y directrices de seguridad en JLL con el ambiente laboral.
  • Cumplimiento puntual de las órdenes de trabajo.
  • Uso de equipo de trabajo obligatorio (EPP).
  • Apoyar a las diferentes áreas de JLL como área Hidrosanitaria, DTI, PCI, HVAC y Soft (conservación).

Posibilidad de rolar turnos

Turno matutino: 6:00 a 14:00 hrs

Turno vespertino: 14:00 a 22:00 hrs

tirno Nocturno: 22:00 a 6 :00 hrs
