  • Successful delivery of innovative campaigns and content initiatives
  • Strong collaboration with PR, marketing and creative partners

Lead Digital Communications and Channel Performance: Oversee the strategic use of digital platforms, including social media, website content, digital signage, newsletters and the occupier app, ensuring channels remain engaging, relevant and high performing.

  • Strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
  • Successful partnerships, activations and collaborative initiatives
  • Increased participation across community, ESG and amenity programmes
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and community sentiment

Lead Insight, Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Drive the ‘Voice of the People’ programme and use feedback, data and reporting insights to continuously improve engagement, communications and occupier experience strategies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
