Job Summary

Lead daily operations of the One Raffles Place outlet, managing team performance, inventory, customer service, and compliance to deliver an outstanding coffee experience and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily outlet operations including opening, closing, floor management, and maintaining high service quality
  • Develop, roster, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve excellent customer service and teamwork standards
  • Manage inventory processes including ordering, stock counts, and minimizing wastage to optimize resources
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Oversee cash handling, prepare daily sales reports, and manage delivery platform orders accurately
  • Address customer feedback promptly and resolve issues effectively on the floor to enhance satisfaction
  • Support outlet promotions and campaigns by coordinating with head office and mall management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience as an outlet manager, assistant manager, or shift leader in F&B or café environments
  • Food hygiene certification preferred or willingness to complete Food Safety Course Level 1
  • Proficiency in Korean and/or Mandarin is advantageous for collaboration with the Korean brand team and diverse customers
