1. 负责AI Agent团队数据需求的研发支撑，基于统一语义层和本体层完成数据模型交付与需求响应，支撑业务分析、数据报表及DataAgent智能查询等场景落地。 2. 负责业务统一语义层的设计、建设与迭代，梳理业务域的指标、维度与计算口径，完成标准化沉淀与业务语义映射，为DataAgent提供口径统一、可被大模型解析的标准化数据底座。 3. 负责Agent的数据侧全链路优化，配合AI团队完成NL2SQL效果调优、查询badcase分析修复、数据接口适配与输出结果核验，持续提升智能问答的准确率与可用性。 4. 参与数据仓库全层级架构规划与开发，覆盖ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS全链路，跟进云原生数仓、湖仓一体等技术演进，保障数仓底座的稳定性、查询性能与可扩展性。 5. 协助制定并落地数据研发、质量与运维规范，参与数据治理工作，涵盖元数据管理、数据质量监控、语义口径治理，保障数据与智能查询结果的准确性与一致性。

1. 计算机相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，3年左右数据仓库/大数据开发工作经验，有完整数仓项目建设经验。 2. 精通SQL，熟悉Linux系统，熟练掌握Python/Java至少一种开发语言；掌握Hadoop生态相关大数据技术：HDFS、Hive、Spark，具备实际开发与调优经验。 3. 熟悉维度建模方法论，具备ETL/ELT设计与落地经验，有独立完成数据模型设计、指标体系梳理的项目经历。 4. 理解数据语义层、本体层、统一指标体系的核心价值，有指标口径梳理、语义模型设计或指标平台建设经验者优先；了解DataAgent、NL2SQL（自然语言转SQL）的基本逻辑与落地路径。 5. 熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL、Hologres等工程数据库，能够与业务研发团队协作完成数据产品或数据服务开发。 6. 熟悉数据仓库领域核心知识，了解元数据管理、数据质量管控、性能调优等数仓治理方法。 加分项 - 有阿里云大数据生态（MaxCompute、Hologres、DataWorks等）深度使用经验 - 有B端数据产品或数据平台0-1建设经验 - 有爬虫开发、多源外部数据采集与集成经验 - 实际参与过DataAgent、智能数据问答、NL2SQL相关项目的开发或落地 - 了解RAG、LangChain等大模型应用框架，有AI数据应用落地相关经验
