Heb jij een hart voor zware techniek en wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de continuïteit van industriële klanten? Als Service Engineer Repairs word jij de spilfiguur binnen ons technisch aftersales-team.

In deze gevarieerde rol begeleid je het complete herstelproces van hoogwaardige industriële tandwielkasten. Van de eerste technische analyse en demontage tot de finale rapportage en offerteopvolging: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch vlekkeloos en efficiënt verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Technische analyse: Je beoordeelt de staat van binnenkomende industriële tandwielkasten, analyseert storingen en bepaalt de nodige herstelwerkzaamheden.
  • Procesbegeleiding: Je volgt het herstelproces van A tot Z op (demontage, inspectie, montage en testen) en bewaakt hierbij de kwaliteit, veiligheid en levertermijnen.
  • Klantcontact & Advies: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen. Je legt technische bevindingen helder en transparant uit.
  • Rapportage & Offertes: Je stelt gedetailleerde inspectieverslagen op en levert de nodige technische input aan om accurate offertes op te stellen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Mechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Passie voor Techniek: Je bent gefascineerd door mechanica, aandrijftechniek en complexe industriële toepassingen.
  • Analytisch & Oplossingsgericht: Je weet storingen snel te doorgronden en denkt in praktische oplossingen.
  • Communicatief & Klantgericht: Je communiceert vlot en weet op een professionele manier relaties op te bouwen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je werkt nauwkeurig met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit, weet prioriteiten te stellen bij tijdsdruk en functioneert goed binnen een internationale context.
