Site Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee installation works: Monitor day-to-day electrical, plumbing, ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), fire protection, and gas piping works to ensure they align with specifications. [1]
  • Manage drawings & plans: Read and interpret architectural blueprints, AutoCAD shop drawings, P&IDs, and isometric sketches. [1]
  • Remove progress bottlenecks: Coordinate directly with architectural and structural teams to resolve site obstructions that could delay installations. [1, 2]

2. Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance

  • Conduct joint inspections: Prepare inspection checklists and forms to conduct joint structural inspections alongside Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) or consultants. [1, 2]
