Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Ambiental para integrar nosso time jurídico!

O profissional atuará em demandas judiciais e administrativas de Direito Ambiental, consultoria preventiva, regularização ambiental e defesa dos interesses dos clientes perante órgãos fiscalizadores. Buscamos alguém organizado, proativo, com autonomia técnica, visão estratégica e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Principais atividades e responsabilidades

  • Elaborar petições, defesas administrativas, impugnações, recursos, pareceres e demais manifestações jurídicas.
  • Atuar em processos envolvendo infrações ambientais, multas, embargos de atividades e outras sanções.
  • Apresentar defesas e recursos contra autos de infração do IBAMA, ICMBio e órgãos ambientais estaduais e municipais.
  • Acompanhar ações civis públicas, ações de reparação de danos e procedimentos de responsabilização ambiental.
  • Analisar processos de licenciamento, autorizações e regularização ambiental de imóveis e empreendimentos.
  • Assessorar clientes em questões relacionadas a CAR, PRA, APP e reserva legal.
  • Atuar em demandas envolvendo propriedades rurais, agronegócio, supressão vegetal, recursos hídricos e uso do solo.
  • Acompanhar inquéritos civis, procedimentos investigatórios e termos de ajustamento de conduta (TACs).
  • Participar de audiências, reuniões técnicas e despachos perante autoridades competentes.
  • Avaliar riscos jurídicos, definir estratégias de defesa e prestar atendimento consultivo aos clientes.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com engenheiros ambientais, agrônomos, peritos e outros profissionais técnicos.
  • Realizar pesquisas legislativas e jurisprudenciais e elaborar relatórios processuais.
  • Organizar demandas e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das entregas.

Competências técnicas

  • Conhecimento sólido em Direito Ambiental, Código Florestal, Política Nacional do Meio Ambiente e Lei de Crimes Ambientais.
  • Experiência com contencioso ambiental judicial e administrativo e defesas contra autos de infração.
  • Conhecimento sobre licenciamento, fiscalização, CAR, PRA, APP e reserva legal.
  • Capacidade de analisar laudos, relatórios de fiscalização e documentos técnicos.
  • Habilidade para elaborar peças, pareceres e estratégias jurídicas com autonomia.
  • Conhecimentos em Direito Administrativo, Civil, Processual Civil e Agrário.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB.
  • Experiência comprovada em Direito Ambiental, sobretudo em demandas judiciais e administrativas.
  • Vivência com defesas ambientais, recursos e regularização de propriedades rurais.
  • Autonomia para elaboração de peças e pareceres jurídicos.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas processuais e plataformas de órgãos ambientais.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e compromissos externos, quando necessário.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Ambiental ou Agrário.
  • Experiência com produtores rurais e agronegócio.
  • Conhecimento em georreferenciamento, documentação fundiária e laudos ambientais.
  • Vivência em negociação de TACs e procedimentos perante o Ministério Público.
