Working Hours

  • 5-Day Work Week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary & Allowances

  • Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 5,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, with exposure to semiconductor industry standards).
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for customer complaints regarding high-precision semiconductor components.
  • Handle customer quality audits, Failure Analysis (FA) reports, and technical inquiries from semiconductor equipment makers or Tier-1 clients.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (e.g., critical-to-quality yield, surface finish compliance, cleanroom packaging quality) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and provide training on strict semiconductor drawing specifications to production staff.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning for high-end semiconductor machining parts.
  • Ensure full compliance with international quality standards and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of QA experience in a precision engineering or CNC machining manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor supply chain.
  • Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Familiar with strict geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and surface roughness requirements typical in semiconductor parts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and regional teams.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
