2 gestionnaires de dossiers pour la documentation complémentaire des intermédiaires d'assurance (h/f/d) =========================================================================================================

La FINMA est chargée de la surveillance du marché financier suisse. Elle protège les créanciers, les investisseurs et les assurés, et assure le bon fonctionnement des marchés financiers. Elle contribue ce faisant à améliorer la réputation, la compétitivité et la viabilité de la place financière suisse. C'est pour remplir cette mission que s'engagent chaque jour plus de 800 collaborateurs compétents et motivés.

Au sein de la division Assurances, nous recherchons

Tâches principales

  • Traitement autonome et suivi des demandes de documentation complémentaire des intermédiaires d'assurance en allemand et en français
  • Prise en charge et traitement des demandes d'ordre technique et administratif par écrit et par téléphone
  • Collaboration avec les groupes de surveillance ainsi qu'avec d'autres divisions, en particulier avec l'Enforcement
  • Participation au traitement efficace et conforme aux exigences de qualité des demandes

Profil requis

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée (CFC), idéalement complétée par une maturité professionnelle
  • Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'assurance constitue un atout
  • Méthode de travail précise et rigoureuse, y compris en cas de volume important de dossiers à traiter
  • Excellentes connaissances de l'allemand et du français (niveau C2\) ainsi qu'un réel plaisir à rédiger des courriels et des réponses écrites dans les deux langues
