Portrait der Schule/Institution ###

Die Schule für Gestaltung Bern und Biel ist das Kompetenzzentrum für gestalterisch-künstlerische, gestalterisch-technische und gestalterisch-handwerkliche Grundbildung im Espace Mittelland. Rund 900 Lernende besuchen unsere Berufsfachschule in einem der 17 Lehrberufe in den Bereichen Design, Kommunikation und Medien. Im Vorkurs, den Propädeutika Kunst und Design und in den Grafik-, Media&Design- und Keramikdesign Fachklassen bilden wir rund 150 Lernende in Vollzeitausbildung aus. 200 Studierende absolvieren eine Ausbildung in der Höheren Berufsbildung (Tertiärstufe B) und über 800 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer besuchen unsere Weiterbildungsangebote. Infolge Pensionierung der Stelleninhaberin suchen wir per 1. August 2027 am Standort Bern

Aufgaben ###

\- Sie leiten die Abteilung Berufsfachschule und tragen die personelle, pädagogische und organisatorische Verantwortung. - Sie begleiten und führen die Lehrepersonen in fachlicher und pädagogischer Hinsicht. - Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personal-, Stunden- und Finanzplanung Ihrer Abteilung. - Sie stellen die planmässige Durchführung des Unterrichts von rund 70 Klassen sicher. - Sie vertreten die Berufsfachschule in den kantonalen und nationalen Gremien und Konferenzen. - Als Mitglied der Schulleitung gestalten Sie die strategische Entwicklung der Gesamtschule mit. - Sie übernehmen Projektleitungen in den Bereichen Schul- und Qualitätsentwicklung, Gestaltung und Pädagogik. - Auf Wunsch übernehmen Sie ein kleines Unterrichtspensum.

Anforderungen ###

\- Sie verfügen über eine gestalterische Grund- und/oder Weiterbildung. - Sie kennen sich in der dualen Berufsbildungslandschaft aus. - Sie haben eine berufspädagogisch/didaktische Ausbildung. - Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit und haben idealerweise eine entsprechende Weiterbildung absolviert. - Sie sind in den Bereichen Medien, Kommunikation, Design und Kunst gut vernetzt. - Sie sind eine überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit, die Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern und unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenführen kann. - Sie arbeiten strukturiert, denken vernetzt und bringen Freude an der Weiterentwicklung einer Bildungsinstitution mit.
