Abteilungsleiter:in Rohrleitungsbau Gas / / Fernwärme ======================================================

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Abteilung mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden und 6 direkt unterstellten Führungskräften und Stabsmitarbeitenden führen
  • Sicheren, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ einwandfreien Rohrleitungsbau für Gas, und Fernwärme verantworten
  • Ressourcen\- und Finanzplanung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung sicherstellen
  • Arbeitssicherheit, Aus\- und Weiterbildung sowie 24/7\-Pikettorganisation verantworten
  • Öffentliche Ausschreibungen erstellen, Verträge bewirtschaften und anspruchsvolle Kundenanliegen betreuen
  • Abteilung nach innen und aussen vertreten und in der Fachleitung Gas, und Fernwärme mitarbeiten

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Führung von Führungskräften
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Rohrleitungsbau sowie bei Gebäudeinstallationen und Erfahrung mit Gas, oder Fernwärme
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Vorschriften; SVGW\-Konzessionen GH1 und WH1 von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung mit Finanzen und Ressourcenplanung
  • Sicheres, gewinnendes und durchsetzungsfähiges Auftreten sowie ein gutes Netzwerk in der Energiebranche
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick bewahren und lösungsorientiert gute Entscheidungen finden
