Bei unserer Auftraggeberin handelt es sich um ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit einer modernen Infrastruktur in der Zentralschweiz. Die Firma hat sich auf den Vertrieb und die Montage von qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten spezialisiert. Für die operative Führung suchen wir eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsstärke sowie Entscheidungsfreude.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative, strategische und personelle Gesamtverantwortung für die Abteilung Technik
  • Führen von zwei Teams mit ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden
  • Abwickeln von Aufträgen und Projekten sowie Verwalten und Pflegen des Kundenstamms
  • Erstellen von Offerten sowie Nachfassen von Reparaturofferten
  • Tätigen von Materialbestellungen für Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten sowie Überprüfen der Lieferfristen
  • Entgegennehmen und Koordinieren von Reparaturaufträgen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Sicherstellen der Termineinhaltung, Koordinieren und Unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
  • Kontrollieren der Termine, Organisieren, Koordinieren und Disponieren von Transporten
  • Kontrollieren von Arbeitszeiten und -prozessen sowie Überwachen von Terminen

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung von Vorteil in der Metall-, Industrie-, Bauneben- oder Automobilbranche
  • Weiterbildung als Techn. Kaufmann, Fachmann Unternehmensführung, Betriebswirtschafter HF oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen, Technik und Organisation zusammenzubringen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste Fachperson mit unternehmerischer und lösungsorientierter Denkweise
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren gleichzeitig anstehenden Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
  • Gute ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
