Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, Menschen führen und die moderne Weiterentwicklung einer Notfallstation aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion leitest du das Team der Notfallpflege und Aufnahmestation mit rund 24 Mitarbeitenden und stellst gemeinsam mit den \- und Assistenzärztinnen und \-ärzten eine professionelle, effiziente und patientenorientierte Versorgung sicher.

Du bewegst

  • Du führst das Team der Notfallpflege und Aufnahmestation mit rund 24 Mitarbeitenden fachlich, personell und organisatorisch
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine hohe Pflegequalität und förderst deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Du stellst einen optimalen und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen sicher
  • Du arbeitest eng und interdisziplinär mit den ärztinnen und ärzten sowie Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzten der Notfallstation zusammen
  • Du entwickelst Pflegestandards, Arbeitsprozesse und bestehende Strukturen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du arbeitest aktiv im Schichtbetrieb mit und unterstützt dein Team im operativen Alltag

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin / Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF oder Intensivpflege NDS HF
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege
  • Führungserfahrung sowie eine abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung
  • Eine engagierte, initiative und offene Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, zu motivieren und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Eine zielorientierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein

Das Gesundheitszentrum Fricktal (GZF) versteht sich als persönlicher Partner der gesamten Bevölkerung im Fricktal für alle Fragen rund um die Gesundheit. Im Sinne einer integrierten Versorgung engagieren sich rund 1'100 Mitarbeitende für eine exzellente stationäre und ambulante medizinische Versorgung. Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst Gesundheitsvorsorge, Spitalleistungen an den Standorten Rheinfelden und Laufenburg, eine haus\- und fachärztliche Versorgung in Praxen vor Ort sowie die Langzeitpflege.
