Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden in den Bereichen Energiebeschaffung, Energieeffizienz, Dekarbonisierung sowie Controlling und Reporting. Mit datenbasierten Lösungen und fundierter Expertise begleiten wir Unternehmen auf dem Weg zu einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Energiezukunft.

Als Account Manager Energiedaten unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden im Bereich Immobilien beim transparenten Reporting von Energiekennzahlen für Nachhaltigkeitsberichte oder Benchmarks. Durch einen qualitätsgesicherten Dienstleistungsprozess sowie einer engen Kundenbetreuung sorgen wir gemeinsam für qualitativ hochstehende Datengrundlagen.

Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit grossen Datenmengen, erkennen Auffälligkeiten und Zusammenhänge und tragen mit Ihrem ausgeprägten Daten\-Flair einen wichtigen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Immobilienportfolios bei.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Analyse und Plausibilisierung von Energie\- und Verbrauchsdaten sowie Erkennen von Auffälligkeiten und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Verantwortung für die Aufbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferung von Energiedaten an Kunden
  • Ableitung und Abstimmung von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der Datenabdeckung und \-qualität
  • Leitung regelmässiger Kundenmeetings sowie Koordination der vereinbarten Massnahmen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Betriebsteams (Erfassung, Qualitätssicherung, IT, Account Manager)
  • Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Kompetente Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Energiewirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Energie, Immobilien oder Nachhaltigkeit
  • Freude an der Analyse und Interpretation von Daten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie ein sicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundbildung HF/FH von Vorteil
  • Hohe Motivation in einem schnell wachsenden Bereich etwas zu bewegen und zu gestalten
