Job Description ##

  • Analyse und Plausibilisierung von Energie- und Verbrauchsdaten sowie Identifikation von Auffälligkeiten und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Verantwortung für die Aufbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Energiedaten für Kunden
  • Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität und Datenabdeckung
  • Planung und Leitung regelmässiger Kundenmeetings sowie Koordination vereinbarter Massnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie Datenerfassung, Qualitätssicherung, IT und Account Management
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden und Unterstützung beim Ausbau des Kundenportfolios
  • Professionelle Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Energiewirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Energie, Immobilien, Nachhaltigkeit oder Datenmanagement
  • Freude an der Analyse, Interpretation und Qualitätssicherung von Daten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH von Vorteil
  • Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Interesse daran, in einem wachsenden Markt etwas zu bewegen
  • Wohnsitz in der Region Luzern
