Vous accompagnez un portefeuille de clients stratégiques dans la définition et le pilotage de leurs stratégies média online et offline, tout en garantissant la performance de campagnes digitales à forte visibilité. En parallèle, vous encadrez une équipe de consultants, développez les relations clients et contribuez activement à l'évolution des expertises et des méthodes de l'agence.

Account Manager Lead (H/F/N)

Notre client est une agence média spécialisée dans le conseil, la stratégie et l'activation de campagnes de communication. Elle accompagne des entreprises nationales et internationales dans la définition de leurs stratégies médias, en combinant expertise digitale, média traditionnel, analyse des données et conseil stratégique afin de maximiser la performance de leurs investissements marketing.

Missions

  • Vous conseillez vos clients sur leurs enjeux marketing et communication en proposant des stratégies média intégrées et orientées résultats.
  • Vous pilotez la conception, la planification et l'optimisation de campagnes digitales multi\-canales pour des divers clients.
  • Vous coordonnez les expertises internes et assurez le suivi global des projets, des budgets et des opportunités de développement.
  • Vous analysez les marchés, les audiences et les tendances afin de construire des recommandations média innovantes et performantes.
  • Vous présentez et défendez vos stratégies auprès des clients et accompagnez leur déploiement opérationnel.
  • Vous veillez à l'atteinte des objectifs de campagne grâce à un suivi rigoureux des performances et à l'identification d'axes d'amélioration.
  • Vous accompagnez, développez et faites grandir une équipe de consultants à travers le coaching et le partage de bonnes pratiques.
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus, des méthodologies et des projets stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Profil du candidat

  • Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en conseil client, stratégie média ou planning média, idéalement acquise en agence.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'environnement digital ainsi que les principaux leviers d'acquisition et de communication.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des médias traditionnels et de leur complémentarité avec les canaux digitaux.
  • Vous avez déjà géré un portefeuille clients ainsi que des budgets média significatifs.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'analyse de données, la construction de recommandations stratégiques et la présentation auprès de décideurs.
  • Vous démontrez de réelles capacités de leadership et appréciez accompagner le développement d'une équipe.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens du service client, d'un esprit entrepreneurial et d'une forte orientation résultats.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais. La maîtrise de l'allemand est un gros atout.
