Du möchtest nicht einfach Zahlen verbuchen, sondern Verantwortung übernehmen und Abläufe aktiv verbessern? Bei uns begleitest du Gesellschaften kompetent durch die Abschlüsse und stellst eine hohe Qualität im Hauptbuch sicher. Dabei arbeitest du in einem siebenköpfigen Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt, und bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzprozesse ein.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Hauptbuch und erstellst die Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und OR.
  • Du stellst die Qualität der Abschlusszahlen sicher, erfasst diese im Konsolidierungstool und plausibilisierst die entsprechenden Angaben.
  • Du führst die Anlagebuchhaltung gemäss Konzernvorgaben und verbuchst Zugänge, Abgänge, Verkäufe sowie Abschreibungen.
  • Du erstellst die MWST-Abrechnungen und sorgst für deren korrekte und fristgerechte Einreichung und Bezahlung.
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, bringst neue Ideen ein und nutzt moderne Tools wie Microsoft Copilot, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Du wirkst bei Projekten im Finanzbereich sowie bei Themen rund um das interne Kontrollsystem mit. Die Projektmitarbeit war bereits Bestandteil des bisherigen Inserats.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du hast den eidgenössischen Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen abgeschlossen oder befindest dich aktuell in der entsprechenden Weiterbildung.
  • Du bringst nachweislich erste Berufserfahrung im Hauptbuch mit und bist bilanz- und abschlusssicher.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und OR und arbeitest routiniert mit Excel und weiteren MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du bist technisch versiert, arbeitest dich gerne in SAP-basierte Prozesse ein und hast Freude daran, digitale Werkzeuge wie Microsoft Copilot auszuprobieren und sinnvoll einzusetzen.
  • Du arbeitest exakt und selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und packst auch in arbeitsintensiven Abschlussphasen engagiert mit an.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch auf Niveau C1; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
