Neue Technologien begeistern dich und du möchtest in einer Kanzlei arbeiten, wo du etwas bewegen kannst? Zur Verstärkung unseres Office Finance Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Accounting Team Member.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kontierung und Verbuchung der Kreditoren in Business Central von Microsoft
  • Erstellung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Benutzerunterstützung im Rechnungsstellungsprozess in unserem Kanzleimanagementsystem ELLE
  • Verbuchung der Debitoren mit Business Central von Microsoft und ELLE
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer Anwältinnen und Anwälte sowie Assistentinnen und Assistenten im Bereich der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Abstimmung und Kontrolle der Bankkonten
  • Administration der Spesen\- \& Kreditkartenabrechnungen sowie Verbuchung und Unterstützung der BenutzendenAdministrative Unterstützung des Office Finance Teams
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen und \-abläufen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen empfehlenswert
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office\-Programmen und Erfahrung mit einem ERP\-System, Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, ösischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen und Freude im Team zu arbeiten und Benutzer zu unterstützen
  • Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Interesse daran, Prozesse laufend zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungen umzusetzen
