Introduction ##

Pour notre Secteur Achats, nous recherchons un Acheteur Acquisition Equipements (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de gérer l-acquisition de moyens de production performants et de participer au pilotage du panel fournisseurs dédié aux équipements industriels. 

Responsabilités ##

  • Piloter les projets d-acquisition d-équipements industriels, de l-identification du besoin jusqu-à la mise en place des contrats 
  • Assurer la gestion, l-animation et le développement du panel fournisseurs 
  • Accompagner les clients internes avec une approche orientée conseil, qualité de service et création de valeur 
  • Identifier les meilleures solutions fournisseurs en cohérence avec les exigences techniques, qualitatives, économiques et calendaires 
  • Conduire les appels d-offres, analyser les propositions et mener les négociations commerciales et contractuelles 
  • Développer des relations durables et exigeantes avec les fournisseurs stratégiques 
  • Garantir la performance du panel au regard des critères de coût, qualité, délai, innovation, fiabilité et durabilité 
  • Contribuer à la stratégie achats de votre catégorie dans une logique d-amélioration continue et d-excellence opérationnelle 
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, industrielles et projets, dans un esprit de partenariat et de service

Profil ##

  • Formation supérieure technique, idéalement complétée par une spécialisation Achats
  • Expérience confirmée dans les achats d-équipements industriels 
  • Maîtrise des problématiques liées aux moyens de production, idéalement dans les domaines de l'usinage et de la maintenance
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'un panel fournisseurs et dans la conduite de négociations à forte dimension technique et commerciale
  • Connaissance du secteur horloger, qui constitue un atout apprécié 
  • Fort sens du relationnel avec le client interne, véritable culture du service et excellent niveau d'exigence
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements où précision, réactivité et qualité d'exécution sont essentielles
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et aisance dans les relations transverses
  • Langues : français courant, anglais professionnel, allemand un atout
