The posting

Spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication d-habillages de montres haut de gamme, notre client recherche, un Acheteur/euse pour renforcer son équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser et planifier les besoins d-achat
  • Garantir la disponibilité des produits et composants nécessaires à la production
  • Rechercher, sélectionner et évaluer les fournisseurs, en collaboration avec les différents services internes
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales : prix, délais, qualité, conditions de paiement et contrats
  • Développer des relations durables avec les fournisseurs
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, des délais et des relances fournisseurs
  • Gérer les portefeuilles de commandes fournisseurs
  • Mettre à jour et optimiser la base de données des articles
  • Participer à l-amélioration continue des processus d-achat

Profil

  • Formation supérieure dans les achats, la chaîne d-approvisionnement, le commerce ou un domaine équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel horloger
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de gestion intégrée, avec une connaissance indispensable de ProConcept
  • Bonne connaissance des aspects contractuels et des pratiques commerciales
  • Solides compétences en négociation
  • Excellentes capacités d-analyse et de synthèse
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les situations exigeantes
  • Aisance relationnelle et véritable esprit d-équipe
