Dans ce cadre, elle coordonne l'ensemble des achats et planifie les dossiers d'acquisition et de renouvellement d'équipements lourds. La CAIB a établi des partenariats avec différents hôpitaux régionaux et rayonne en Suisse Romande. Acheteur ou Acheteuse en informatique -- 100% En qualité d'acheteur ou acheteuse, vous centralisez les divers besoins émanant du réseau des hôpitaux et menez les processus d'acquisitions adéquats dans le respect des règles des marchés publics. Vous êtes garante ou garant du développement et du déploiement de la stratégie des achats de la catégorie informatique auprès du réseau des hôpitaux. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et la mise sous contrôle du panel fournisseurs de votre catégorie. A ce titre vous menez des appels d'offres, en collaborant avec vos clients internes et intervenez de la définition du besoin, jusqu'à la contractualisation avec le fournisseur. Vous participez à l'animation du réseau des hôpitaux affiliés à la CAIB en partageant votre expertise des achats et votre connaissance des tendances du marché. \\Qualifications\\ Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'études supérieures de type Master HES ou équivalent, de préférence avec un Master achats reconnu. Vous possédez 5 années minimum d'expérience confirmée dans les achats avec une première expérience confirmée dans les achats informatique. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française (lue, parlée et écrite) et avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (niveau C1\\).
