Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : ##

* * * Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie et porter les objectifs de lâ unité auprès de lâ équipe ;  * * * Encadrer, soutenir, superviser et évaluer l'équipe ;  * * * Coordonner les activités en favorisant la sécurité et le respect du cadre institutionnel ;  * * * Favoriser la cohésion dâ équipe et les collaborations interprofessionnelles ;  * * * Identifier les besoins en formation et définir les priorités ; * * * Suivre le budget de lâ unité en collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion ;  * * * Assurer le suivi et le monitoring des activités de lâ unité ;  * * * Organiser, animer et assurer le suivi des séances de lâ unité ;  * * * Identifier les besoins individuels et collectifs en formations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de lâ unité et aux développements des compétences ;  * * * Superviser lâ encadrement des stagiaires, étudiant.es de lâ unité avec le.la praticien.ne formatreur·trice, le.la coodinateur.trice de la formation.  * *

* * * Participer aux séances départementales et institutionnelles ; * * * Proposer et gérer des projets de développement pour lâ unité ; * * * Contribuer à des projets de recherche en lien avec lâ activité ; * * * Proposer et/ou implémenter les outils nécessaires au développement de lâ activité de lâ unité, notamment en collaboration avec lâ équipe informatique.  * *

* * * Représenter lâ unité auprès des partenaires et contribuer à la valorisation des activités ; * * * Participer à des groupes de travail ou de réseau ; * * * Assurer la gestion des plaintes et réclamations concernant lâ unité.  * *

Vos atouts : ##

* * * Titulaire d'un diplôme dâ infirmier·ère, assistant·e social·e ou titre jugé équivalent * * * Formation complémentaire de cadre en management ou titre équivalent  * * * 5 ans dâ expérience sur une fonction managériale  * * * Excellente maitrise du français oral et écrit * * * Permis de conduire obligatoire * * * Bonnes capacités d'organisation et d'anticipation * * * Sens de la collaboration interdisciplinaire et interinsctitutionnelle * * * assertivité et capacité à prendre des décisions * *
