  • Ils font respecter les standards (qualité, productivité, sécurité) et favorisent les démarches de progrès participatifs.
  • Ils sont toujours à la recherche d’idées pour résoudre les problématiques de l’atelier (organisation des équipes, coordination avec le service maintenance) et aiment innover en équipe.
  • Ils assurent le lien avec la distribution commerciale en se montrant à l’écoute des retours clients.
  • Ils travaillent avec le service RH pour recruter, intégrer, animer et gérer leurs équipes.
