Vous êtes passionné(e) par la vente et le contact client ? SMP Shop Sàrl, une entreprise dynamique et innovante, recherchant un(e) Adjoint(e)\- Vendeur(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe centrée sur les besoins du client et le respect des circuits cours en matière de produit frais. En tant qu'entreprise privée, nous privilégions les artisans locaux et ajustons régulièrement notre assortiment au grès des saisons et de la disponibilité des produits régionaux.

Responsabilités

En tant qu'Adjoint(e) \-Vendeur(se), vos principales missions incluront :

  • Gestion des collaborateurs sur le plan opérationnel
  • Gestion des différents fournisseurs
  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie
  • Assurer la mise en rayon et le réassort des produits
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks et à l’inventaire
  • Maintenir un espace de vente propre et attrayant
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et à la satisfaction client

Qualifications

* Expérience confirmée dans le domaine alimentaire * Excellentes compétences en communication * Expérience en gestion d’équipe, idéalement de 5 à 10 collaborateurs * Bonnes Compétences en service client et en traitement des réclamations * Aptitude à organiser et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes du magasin * Bonne connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail constitue un atout * Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral, la connaissance d’une autre langue constitue un atout * Flexibilité horaire (travail en soirée, week\-end et jours fériés). * Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et prise d’initiative. * Maîtrise des outils de caisse et des systèmes informatiques de gestion. * Attitude positive, proactive et exemplaire. *
