Wie Dein Tag aussieht

* Du bist Teil unseres administrativen Support\-Teams und kümmerst Dich bedürfnisorientiert um alle Aspekte des Tagesgeschäfts. * Du arbeitest selbständig und grenzübergreifend für die schweizerische und deutsche Organisation. * Du stehst in regem Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externen Partnern für Lohnbuchhaltung, Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen. * Das Erstellen, Prüfen und Kontieren von Kunden\- und Lieferantenrechnungen fällt Dir leicht. * Du sorgst für die reibungslose Abwicklung von administrativen Tätigkeiten. Fachlich kompetent bearbeitest Du interne und externe Anliegen und hilfst die Prozesse zu verbessern.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

* Du bist wissbegierig, denkst gerne selbst und organisierst Deine Arbeit eigenständig. * Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis mit. * Du verfügst über eine hohe Serviceorientierung und hast Freude an administrativen Aufgaben. * Du bist es gewohnt, Themen eigenverantwortlich zu recherchieren und Inhalte präzise zu formulieren. * Du bist mit gängigen Office\-Produkten vertraut und beschäftigst Dich gerne mit buchhalterischen Themen. * Du beherrschst Deutsch fliessend, da es unsere Unternehmenssprache ist und bringst zudem gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
