Administrareur postes\-clients (H/F/D) ======================================

Dans le cadre du développement de son département Informatique, notre client, une entreprise industrielle de référence à Bienne, recherche un(e) Administrateur poste\-clients afin de garantir la performance, la sécurité et l’évolution des environnements utilisateurs.

Vous assurez l’administration, le support et l’évolution des infrastructures liées aux postes de travail virtualisés et aux solutions de mobilité. Grâce à votre expertise technique, vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience utilisateur et accompagnez les projets de transformation digitale de l’entreprise.

Vos responsabilités --------------------

  • Administrer et maintenir les plateformes de virtualisation des postes de travail.
  • Gérer les solutions de gestion des terminaux et des appareils mobiles.
  • Assurer l’exploitation des environnements VDI ainsi que des smartphones Android et iOS.
  • Déployer et gérer les applications destinées aux utilisateurs.
  • Prendre en charge les incidents complexes de niveau 3 et garantir leur résolution.
  • Réaliser des audits du parc informatique afin d’identifier les opportunités d’optimisation.
  • Assurer une veille technologique permanente et proposer des améliorations des solutions en place.
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution des environnements utilisateurs et des solutions de mobilité.
  • Documenter les procédures, standards et bonnes pratiques.

Votre profil ------------

  • CFC d’informaticien ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’administration d’environnements virtualisés, idéalement VMware Horizon.
  • Bonnes connaissances des solutions de gestion des terminaux mobiles (MDM/EMM).
  • Maîtrise des environnements VDI et des technologies de poste de travail moderne.
  • niveau d’anglais technique et professionnel.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du service.
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et organisée.
  • capacité d’adaptation et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution.
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens des responsabilités et bonne gestion des priorités.
