WS Automation – Schaltanlagenbau

Du behältst den Überblick, organisierst gerne und arbeitest zuverlässig? Bei WS Automation unterstützt du unser Team bei den administrativen Aufgaben rund um den Schaltanlagenbau. Damit sorgst du dafür, dass im Büro und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Werkstatt alles rundläuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Büroarbeiten und administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und Projektleitung
  • Bearbeiten von Anfragen sowie Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Vorbereiten und Pflegen von Offerten, Auftragsunterlagen und Projektdokumentationen
  • Erfassen und Nachführen von Auftrags\- und Stammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen sowie bei der Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferterminen
  • Vorbereiten von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungsunterlagen
  • Organisieren und Ablegen von Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalwesen und in der Lernendenadministration

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion
  • Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem technisch orientierten Team
  • Interesse an Elektrotechnik und Schaltanlagenbau; Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Das erwartet dich

Eine vielseitige Teilzeitstelle mit Einblick in den Schaltanlagenbau. Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsleitung, Projektleitung und Werkstatt zusammen und bringst deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten in den Arbeitsalltag ein.

Pensum: 40–60 % Arbeitsort: Sursee Stellenantritt: nach Vereinbarung
