Administrative:n Mitarbeiter:in Lehrplanung ===========================================

Aufgabenbereich Sie sind verantwortlich für die Lehrplanung des Bachelor\- und Masterstudiengangs in Psychologie und unterstützen den reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Lehrbetriebs. Die Stelle kann je nach Verfügbarkeit und Qualifikation auf mehrere Personen aufgeteilt werden. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Erstellung und Erfassung der Stundenpläne und des Vorlesungsverzeichnisses
  • Erfassung der Lehrveranstaltungen auf der E\-Learning Plattform OLAT
  • Raumplanung
  • Information und Betreuung der internen und externen Dozierenden
  • Administrative Abwicklung externer Lehraufträge und Übungsgruppen
  • Betreuung der Anmeldung zu den Lehrveranstaltungen
  • Korrespondenz mit Studierenden und Dozierenden per E\-Mail und Telefon
  • Administration und Abrechnung der Lehrdeputate

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Hochschulumfeld
  • Versiert im Umgang mit modernen Arbeits\- und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsmentalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Dozierenden und Studierenden
