Responsabilità

  • Assistenza tecnica al cliente in loco e risoluzione rapida ed efficace delle problematiche
  • Documentazione e registrazione delle attività di supporto
  • Collaborazione con i team R&D e ingegneria per la risoluzione dei problemi
  • Gestione degli ordini di parti di ricambio, e della relativa spedizione
  • Supporto al cliente nell-uso corretto e nella manutenzione dei prodotti
  • Analisi dei problemi ricorrenti in ottica di miglioramento
  • Mantenimento di relazioni solide con i clienti e costruzione di un rapporto di fiducia per garantirne la soddisfazione
  • Assicurazione della conformità agli standard di sicurezza e qualità

Il tuo profilo

  • Diploma o Laurea in ambito Elettrico/Elettronico
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore dell-elettronica di potenza o dei sistemi UPS/inverter
  • Esperienza in un ruolo di assistenza tecnica al cliente
  • Capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti di misura (oscilloscopio, multimetro, -)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2 certificato); la conoscenza del tedesco costituirà un plus
  • Capacità di lettura della documentazione tecnica e degli schemi elettrici
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte
  • Eccellenti capacità di problem solving
  • Comunicazione efficace e gestione dello stress
  • Autonomia e capacità di gestire le priorità
  • Mentalità orientata al cliente
  • Ottime capacità di lavoro in team e relazionali
