Pour une grande entreprise de la région de Bienne, nous recherchons des personnes motivées et communicatives pour renforcer l'équipe pendant la période de vente la plus intense de l'année. Pendant environ 1,5 mois, vous serez en contact direct avec la clientèle et veillerez à ce que tout se déroule sans accroc, même en cas de forte demande et de nombreuses commandes.

Vos tâches

  • Assistance téléphonique et conseil à nos clientes et clients
  • Traitement des commandes ainsi que des demandes de la clientèle
  • Conseil actif et vente de nos produits
  • Réponse aux questions concernant les produits et les commandes
  • Relation professionnelle et amicale avec les clientes et clients
  • Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble même pendant la phase intense du Black Friday

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous parlez couramment le suisse allemand / dialecte
  • Vous êtes communicatif et aimez le contact avec les gens
  • Votre attitude est sympathique, empathique et convaincante
  • Vous aimez vendre et pouvez vous adapter à différents types de clients
  • Vous restez amical, concentré et bien organisé même en cas d'affluence importante
  • Vous êtes disponible pour toute la mission de la mi-octobre à fin novembre
