Vous êtes une personne de terrain, autonome et rigoureuse, avec un vrai sens du service ? Ce poste polyvalent, réparti entre deux périmètres d'intervention, vous offre un cadre de travail stable et humain au sein d'une fondation active dans le logement. Votre mission s'articulera autour de quatre volets : \* Maintenance --- entretien courant des parties communes intérieures et extérieures de plusieurs immeubles prioritairement dans le quartier de Platta ; \* Paysagisme --- entretien des espaces verts et extérieurs du parc immobilier de la fondation ; \* Surveillance technique --- contrôle des bâtiments, signalement des anomalies, travaux d'entretien usuels, petites interventions techniques \\- sur l'ensemble du parc ; \* Soutien aux habitants --- aide et soutien de proximité aux locataires de l'ensemble du parc. Votre profil : \* Titulaire d'un CFC d'agent d'exploitation ou d'un brevet fédéral de concierge ; \* Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire ; \* Personne autonome, organisée et polyvalente ; \* Bon sens du contact, esprit de service et aptitude à travailler avec différents publics ; \* Très bonnes connaissances en technique du bâtiment ; \* Permis de conduire et véhicule indispensable. Nous offrons : \* Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) à 80\\-100%, taux pouvant évoluer selon les besoins ; \* Entrée en fonction le 1er avril 2027 ou à convenir ; \* Matériel et produits d'entretien fournis par l'employeur ; \* Indemnité kilométrique pour l'usage du véhicule personnel ; \* Un environnement de travail agréable au sein d'une fondation active dans le logement.
