  • Expérience : Vous avez une formation commerciale ou avez déjà travaillé dans un centre de contact et gérez les clients avec assurance.
  • Talent de communication : Vous convainquez par vos compétences en communication et en vente - c-est essentiel ici.
  • Compréhension digitale : Vous avez un sens pour les médias digitaux comme Internet, la TV et le mobile - vous restez ainsi à jour.
