Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung von drei internen Teams einer Schweizer Bank bei der Einführung, Integration und produktiven Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI)
  • Begleitung der Teams bei der Integration von KI und AI Agents in bestehende Produkte, Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Förderung eines AI-first-Ansatzes über den gesamten Delivery Lifecycle hinweg, mit dem Ziel, Aufgaben zunehmend durch AI Agents ausführen zu lassen und menschliche Tätigkeiten auf die Überprüfung und Qualitätssicherung zu fokussieren
  • Identifikation geeigneter Anwendungsfälle und Unterstützung bei der konkreten Umsetzung agentenbasierter Lösungen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines zentralen Knowledge Hubs zur Bereitstellung von Wissen, Best Practices und Erfahrungen rund um den Einsatz von KI
  • Coaching und Befähigung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit KI sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und praxisorientierten Enablement-Massnahmen
  • Aktive Förderung der Nutzerakzeptanz und nachhaltigen Verankerung neuer KI-gestützter Arbeitsweisen in den Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams, um konkrete Umsetzungsschritte zu definieren, Herausforderungen zu lösen und die Integration von KI im Arbeitsalltag voranzutreiben
  • Förderung einer innovativen Arbeitskultur und Begeisterung für agentenbasierte Arbeitsweisen

 

Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Einführung, Integration und Anwendung von KI-Lösungen im Unternehmensumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit AI Agents und agentenbasierten Arbeitsweisen sowie deren Einsatz zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben und Prozessen
  • Fähigkeit, Teams bei der Einführung neuer Technologien sowohl beratend als auch operativ zu unterstützen
  • Erfahrung im Coaching, in der Schulung und im Enablement von Mitarbeitenden mit unterschiedlichen Kenntnisständen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, neue Lösungsansätze pragmatisch zu erproben und konkrete Umsetzungsschritte abzuleiten
  • Erfahrung im Change Management und in der Förderung der Nutzerakzeptanz bei technologischen Veränderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende für neue Arbeitsweisen zu begeistern
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die Teams bei der Umsetzung unterstützt und die konsequente Nutzung von KI fördert
