Your impact with us

  • You will work in our motivated and solution\-oriented AI Feature Team using agentic development methods and with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • You will design, develop and deploy scalable AI\-enabled features in our products that are used by more than 100’000 customers.
  • You work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to develop solutions for NLP, conversational AI, and generative AI use cases.
  • You collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design AI\-driven features and applications.
  • You drive innovation by exploring the latest AI technologies and proposing new approaches for our business challenges.

What you bring to the table

  • University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field with a practical track record as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Fullstack Software Engineer building scalable and secure AI\-augmented features (preferred in a SaaS product).
  • Hands\-on experience with cloud environments (GCP), AI platforms (Vertex AI), and modern AI orchestration frameworks ( , Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs for real\-world business applications.
  • Advanced Python programming skills, experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks, solid backend knowledge (async, REST, testing, security), and experience with databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures and integrating AI services via APIs into existing web applications (willingness to navigate our Angular/PHP stack is a plus), as well as container and CI/CD fundamentals (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
  • You are a structured, independent, and quality\-focused team player with strong analytical problem\-solving skills, eager to stay up to date with the latest AI technologies.
  • As a clear communicator, you feel comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders across teams; fluent English is a must, German a big plus.
