Afin de rejoindre son équipe, Montena Technology SA rechercher un ou une :

Aide\-comptable (40%)

Vos principales missions

Comptabilité créanciers

• Traitement des factures fournisseurs en CHF/EUR/USD (contrôle, imputation et saisie)

• Préparation et traitement des paiements fournisseurs (hebdomadaire, paiements d’avance)

• Gestion des notes de frais

Comptabilité débiteurs

• Suivi et comptabilisation quotidienne des encaissements

• Gestion des rappels et du recouvrement en remplacement de la personne responsable

Comptabilité générale

• Collaboration étroite avec la responsable comptabilité

• Comptabilisation journalière des opérations courantes

• Réconciliation mensuelle de comptes

• Classement et archivage des documents comptables

• Participation à la préparation des bouclements trimestriels et annuels

• Participation à l’établissement des décomptes TVA

• Support aux travaux administratifs et remplacements ponctuels

Votre profil

• CFC d’employé\-e de commerce ou formation équivalente, avec expérience en comptabilité

• Deux à trois ans d’expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire

• Connaissances de base en comptabilité générale, TVA et obligations comptables suisses

• Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels (système ERP, MS Office)

• Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), anglais et/ou allemand un atout

• À l’aise dans un environnement en évolution, vous faites preuve d’agilité et d’ouverture au changement

• Vous êtes autonome dans l’exécution de vos tâches, tout en appréciant le travail en équipe et les échanges avec les différents services

• Rigoureux·se et fiable, vous accordez une grande importance à l’exactitude des données

• De nature positive et dynamique, vous faites preuve d’ouverture d’esprit et d’un bon sens de la collaboration
