Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre service comptabilité, nous recherchons un(e) Aide\-comptable fournisseurs rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour assurer le traitement administratif et comptable des factures fournisseurs.

Aide comptable fournisseurs

Vos missions

Réceptionner, contrôler et enregistrer les factures fournisseurs dans le système comptable.

Vérifier la conformité des factures avec les bons de commande et les pièces justificatives.

Assurer l’imputation comptable des factures et veiller à la qualité des données saisies.

Participer au suivi des dossiers fournisseurs et au classement des documents comptables.

Archiver les pièces comptables et assurer la bonne tenue des dossiers administratifs.

Collaborer avec les différents services internes pour le suivi et la validation des factures.

Contribuer au respect des procédures internes et des exigences légales en matière comptable.

Votre profil

Formation commerciale, comptable ou administrative.

Une première expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs ou en saisie comptable constitue un atout.

Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel et des logiciels de gestion/comptabilité.

La connaissance du logiciel Abacus constitue un important atout.

Français courant, toute autre langue constitue un avantage.
