Dans le cadre de missions temporaires régulières qui vous seront proposées pour renforcer les équipes de nos clients, des restaurants de collectivité de la région de Neuchâtel, nous sommes activement à la recherche de plusieurs

Aides de cuisine (H/F)\* ------------------------

Description du poste --------------------

Sous la responsabilité de chef et du second de cuisine, vous intégrerez la brigade de cuisine pour réaliser les tâches suivantes :

  • Nettoyage, épluchage et taillage des légumes
  • Confection des sandwiches et préparations froides
  • Mise en place et dressage des buffets de salades variées
  • Participation au service en live cooking, face à vos convives
  • Nettoyage des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et des locaux

Profil recherché -----------------

Afin de répondre aux attentes de notre client, votre parcours professionnel présente les caractéristiques suivantes :

  • Au moins une année d'expérience dans une fonction d'aide de cuisine
  • Apte à vous exprimer avec fluidité en français et capable de lire
  • Bonnes notions d'hygiène alimentaire
  • Esprit d'équipe développé
  • Connaissances culinaires de base
