Chaque jour, Eldora SA prépare et sert plus de 60'000 repas. Le siège social de l'entreprise se situe à Rolle (VD).

Description du poste --------------------

Ce poste d'aide de cuisine à Yverdon en mission régulière, vous évoluez dans un environnement professionnel bien structuré où la qualité, la fiabilité et l'esprit d'équipe sont au cœur du fonctionnement quotidien. Cette mission offre un cadre respectueux et formateur, idéal pour consolider son expérience. Les tâches ci\-dessous vous seront attribuées :

• Préparation des légumes, des mets simples et des éléments de mise en place

• Aide au dressage et au service des repas

• Maintien de la propreté des locaux, du matériel et des postes de travail

• Application rigoureuse des consignes données par le cuisinier responsable

• Participation au bon déroulement du service dans un cadre organisé et bienveillant

Profil recherché -----------------

Nous recherchons un collaborateur doté d'une parfaite maîtrise du français oral et écrit ainsi que d'une connaissance impeccable des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire HACCP. Deux années d'expériences sont requises pour ce poste ainsi que les points suivants :

• Autonomie et capacité à suivre des procédures établies

• Sens de l'organisation et régularité dans le travail

• Ponctualité, fiabilité et bonne gestion du rythme

• Disponibilité régulière à Yverdon
